Attaining the Proper Pressure of Water

In this article we shall discuss the ways to make the pressure of water from the supply point to our bathrooms, kitchen and other taps if any. This article does not include the other parts of the plumbing e.g. cleaning of the draining pipes etc. First portion of the article is about the supply of water from the taker and second portion is about the supply from main street pipe. So for as the pressure of water flowing from taps, valves and showers is concerned. First of all we should consider the makeup of our water tanker. We are supposed to see whether or not the makeup of the tanker is throwing the water at much pressure? If the makeup is not a technically suitable, we should replace the tanker by a recommended and suitable one.

Secondly we should see the level of the hole of the tanker ventilating the water from the tanker. If it is technically wrong, it should be rendered accurate. Third one is point to be noticed that whether the pipe for air along with supply pipe has been fixed or not? If not fixed, it be fixed, if already fixed, it should air the supply pipe properly. Fourthly, the size of the pipe delivering the water to the bathrooms, kitchen and other points of the home should be at least one inch width. Fifthly, from the supply point to the taps, showers and valves turns should be less. Sixthly, the taps and other equipments should be of good quality. The equipments should not resist the flow of water.

Seventhly the tanker and the pipes should be quite cleaned. No dust or other particle should be there in the tanker or pipes resisting the proper flow of the water. If the condition of the tanker or pipes is doubtful, remove all the equipments and clean the pipes completely. Thereafter the equipments also be cleaned and refitted. After this cleaning the tanker should be rendered dust proof. The second portion of the article is as follows. In case of such supply we should be aware of the pressure of the water. If pressure is more than sufficient but flow of the water from the equipments is not sufficient, we should check the pipe supplying the water onward to our equipments. It should be cleaned completely. The equipments should also be checked and cleaned.

If the pressure from the main supply pipe is not sufficient, we should us a motor to send the water to our kitchen, bathrooms and other points with sufficient pressure. If it is disturbing or not suitable for any other reason to switch on the motor again and again, than we should have the tanker option also so that we can fill the tanker by switching on the motor once. Thus from the tanker full of water the supply of the water to our bathrooms, taps, kitchen and other points would be with sufficient pressure.
